Hi! I would like to request answer for the following information:

1. How long is the process of Special Order for Bachelor's?
2. Is it true that SO is still not granted after 4 months of graduating and having the degree?
3. Possible reason why the SO is not yet granted.

Note: Just graduated last June 2023. And still haven't received my Diploma and TOR due to, as per stated by the school I graduated, SO is still not available.

I hope to get clarification. Thank you!
