Hi!
 
I’d like to request for the following:
 
1. Transcript of Records from Montessori Professional College school years 2012 - 2014.
2. A copy of my College Diploma.
 
Montessori Professional College (President: Mr. Danilo M. Dy) has permanently closed and I’m hoping you can provide me a copy of my Transcript of Records and Diploma. I’d also appreciate it if you can provide documentation showing the institution ceased operation.
