Good day! I'm Karla Q. Dela Cruz a college student. I would like to request information regarding:

1. My NSTP - CWTS Serial number from my former school Assumption College of Nabunturan located at Nabunturan, Davao de Oro. The academic year was 2019-2020. This is to credit my subjects NSTP 1 & 2 to my current school Our Lady of Fatima University. It has been said that I must give my NSTP Serial number to the school to credit my subjects taken from my former school. Thank you and keep safe! Will wait for your further response and acknowledgement, please help me.

You asked for NSTP Serial Number.

Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.

Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter.
