Hi! I would like to follow up the status of my CAV request. I informed the school I graduated from and gave them the requirements needed on November 17, 2023 as they said they will be the one sending the application to CHED. Here are my information:

1. The name in the document is Christine Palalay Miguel.

2. I graduated at Data Center College of the Philippines, Inc. Laoag in 2015 with the course BSBA MM.

3. I would like know if they already submitted my papers because i need them as soon as possible for the application of my student visa and i only have a week left before the deadline.
