I am writing to request your kind assistance regarding the issuance of my NSTP (National Service Training Program) CWTS2 serial number, which is a crucial requirement so that they can release my credentials to me. I am a graduate student of New Era University-Quezon City and I cross-enrolled my NSTP2 (2nd) Semester of School Year 2019 in AMA online education program. However, despite my repeated attempts to obtain this serial number from the AMA online education program, I have been informed that it is still being processed by CHED. Thank you.
