This is to respectfully request for information on the transfer of CIAC operations and management to DOTr then later to LIPAD, based on the following inquiries:

1.  Did CIAC locators were also turned-over to DOTr or LIPAD to manage the collection of fees from permits, licenses and lease payments?

2. What is the role of CIAC in the Clark International Airport area?
