Hi! I would like to request the complete list of construction companies in Cebu City as of 2023. Specifically, the list should already be categorized according to their IAC category of contractors based on their allowable range of contract costs (Small A, Small B, Medium A, Medium B, etc)

The categories were derived from the document "Revised Guidelines for Registration and Classification of Contractors" (PCAB)
