Dear Sir/Madam,

Is there a case law, in the CIAC cases or files, on a simple interpretation or explanation on the grounds of a Contractor to suspend work base on the Requisite construction plans which must be owner-furnished are not issued to the contractor precluding any work called for by such plans.
