Hi! I would like to kindly request a Certified List of Honor Graduates last July 15, 2022 at Central Luzon State University.  I'll be presenting the list in CSC Region 3 along with other requirements in hopes of acquiring my CSC Eligibility Certificate. Thank you so much!

Response to Request

Please be informed that the CLSU Office of Admissions has already submitted the List of Honor Graduates to the Civil Service Commission Region III. For further inquiries, kindly direct to their email address oad-fls@clsu.edu.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the University President at op@clsu.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
