Hi! I am Genisis C. Garcia, a Bachelor of Science in Statistic student at Central Luzon State University. As part of our degree requirement, we are now starting in doing our Special Problem. In line with this, I would like to request for information regarding;

1. Data of cardiovascular disease (Region 3)

2. Chronic respiratory failure cases (Region 3)

3. Covid-19 cases on region 3

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 05, 2023 11:43:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Region 3 data of cardiovascular disease or chronic respiratory failure cases.

Kindly be informed that we do not have such data in our existing records.  You my visit the Department of Health website and directly confer with them regarding this. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to op@clsu.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
