Hi! We would like to request the following information form your office:

WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM 
• layout/plan 
• pipe sizes and type of pipe 
• average and maximum pressure 
• average flow rate 
• locations and capacities of overhead tanks and pumping station(s) 
• existing supply and water demand projections 
• number of customers in the concerned service area 

SEWERAGE SYSTEM 
• layout/plan 
• location and capacity of Sewage Treatment Plant 
• pipe sizes and type of pipe

We already provided a request letter and endorsement letter for this request during our visit to CWD Main Office.
