Good day, 

I am Rose Jean Bayot, an incoming 4th-year college student and I want to apply for the DSWD Educational Assistance Program. What requirements do I need to pass?  I live in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. This would be a great help for me because my father don't have permanent work and he's only the one who provided our family my the family of my late brother who passed away last April20,2022. I hope you will focus giving the assistance for the poor family like ours . Thank You So Much❤️

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed your letter stating you mistakenly selected "Central Philippines State University" that was supposed to be sent to DSWD.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our President, Dr. Aladino C.
