While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the University requires for a formal letter addressed to the University President requesting for permission to conduct an interview regarding your thesis proposal.  Your letter should be recommended/duly signed by your thesis adviser, Department Chairman, College Dean, and  Vice President for Academic Affairs,  for approval by the University President.
