Greetings! I'm a 5th-year Architecture student, and as part of our Design 9—Thesis, I am proposing a Coffee Agritourism Hub, Research and Development Center.

With that, I would like to ask your dear office of the ff. for the betterment of my study:
1. Info about the Philippine Coffee Quality Center
2. What are the space requirements & their functions for the said facility? 
3. Are there any guidelines/standards?
4. No. of personnel needed for it to operate
5. How much does it cost to build and operate?
5. (if possible) May I request for org chart for basis on the no. of offices to be allotted
