I am a 5th-year architecture student from National University, and I am currently working on my thesis. I am proposing a Coffee Research Center or facility with an Agritourism component in Amadeo, Cavite. As part of my research, I would like to ask about the Philippine Coffee Quality Center.
1. Do you have any information regarding the said facility?
2. What are the space requirements for a research facility?
3. Are there any other existing coffee research facilities in the Philippines?

Good day! Regarding the said Laboratories, I have some follow-up questions.
1. How much does it cost to build these laboratories? How about the operating cost? (can be an estimate)
2. In terms of personnel, how many personnel does it need for it to operate and what kind of work do they have?
3. Aside from the laboratory at PCQC, are there any other existing laboratories for coffee in the Philippines? (for tissue culture and genetics and molecular)
4. What are the basic spaces required & their functions? (for tissue culture and genetics and molecular)
