Good day! 

My name is Reynaldo Collamat Jr. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2014 or 2015 at Davao City. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma as I have misplaced my original copy. I am requesting for another original one because I am applying for Culinary School this year. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
