Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You specifically requested for assistance in finding your serial number for your application as reserve. 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Davao City Water District does not have the information you have requested. The reason why we don't have the information is that DCWD does not maintain this kind of data.

You may wish to refer directly to your alma mater, the University of the Visayas, for this request.
