I would like to make a request for a copy of certification that the Deca Homes Esperanza Home Owners Association has already submitted application for inspection and testing of pipelines for the intention of turn-over of the water distribution system to DCWD in preparation for the completion of the Apo Agua Bulk Water Project.

Dear Marjorie Noimee Tapic-Harina,

Greetings!

We have received your request dated April 12, 2021 under Executive Order No.2 (s. 2016) on Freedom on Information in Executive Branch.

You specifically requested for a copy of the certification that the Deca Homes Esperanza Home Owners Association has already submitted application for inspection and testing of pipelines for the intention of turn-over of the water distribution system to DCWD in preparation for the completion of the bulk water supply project.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance DCWD does not have the information you have requested.

The reason why we don't have the information is that DCWD has not received an application or request for inspection from the Deca Homes Esperanza HOA and DCWD does not yet accept application or request for inspection because DCWD cannot yet supply the water requirements of the Deca Homes Esperanza in Bgry. Tigatto, Buhangin District, Davao City.

Nevertheless, we are providing you with the certification issued to Deca Homes Esperanza of the 8990 Housing Development issued on July 30, 2018.
