Good day, sir/ma'am!

There is no water connection to any area of this house. Since time immemorial, this is causing us so much frustrations because water is is an essential thing in life. In fact, we still need to buy bottled water for drinking and collect rainwater for domestic uses. I would humbly request you to consider our situation since we have been residing in the area for decades already. Hoping for your quick response on this request. Thank you.
