Greetings!

Thank you for your request  dated Feb 11, 2023 12:53:21 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You specifically requested for an interview for your undergraduate thesis entitled “Shapefile (.shp) of the Groundwater Map of Davao City ”.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate your request since we don’t have a copy of the shape file of the groundwater map for Davao City. The only available resource we have is the image of the groundwater map that was included in the "Groundwater Assessment and Development of Groundwater Flow Model of Davao City Aquifers" study conducted by Cest, Incorporated, which we provided in response to your previous request on November 25, 2022.

We hope you are satisfied with the response to your FOI request. However, if you feel otherwise, you may request to review the response we have given by writing to DCWD's General Manager within 15 working days from the date when you received the letter response. We would suggest that you explain in detail why you are not pleased with the response you have received. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the date when we received your appeal.

In the event that you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you may appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
