Good day, I am Crizann Mae Lavilla a third-year BS Community Development student at the University of Southeastern Philippines-Mintal Campus, Davao City. Being enrolled in the course, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, we are being required to look for the programs or projects being implemented on not less than five (5) years ago and evaluate whether those projects have attained its objectives; along with the evaluation process is the determination whether there are areas of the project/s to be improved. I humbly request for a copy of the project proposal of any project implemented by DCWD.
