I am Mea Meagan Wesley, a 4th year Real Estate Management student of the University of Mindanao. My groupmates and I are currently conducting a feasibility study entitled “Dakbayan’s Crib: a student dormitory”
I would like to request the average annual rate increase of water bill in Davao City in order to project the price increase yearly. This is essential for our projected income statement in our financial aspect.
