I seek permission from you for data collection about the water sources (wells, rivers, and the lakes) including on which type they belong (Type 1, Type 2, & Type 3) present in Toril District, Davao City. This data will be used to analyze the statistics and all other required information. Water samples from various water sources in the vicinity will be collected and studied.
