I am humbly requesting to your good office a hardcopy/softcopy of any available plans and  specifications of production wells, booster pump, reservoir, transmission lines, distribution lines, sump, and other plans related to a water system (whether proposed, existing, or non-existing).

Also, I would like to request for a copy of any helpful data, computation, or parameters that are relevant to the design of these structures.

These information will serve as basis for my research study. Thank you for your kind consideration.
