Hi,

I would like to request a copy of DENR Memorandum Circular No. 1990-20 titled Guidelines on the Restoration of Open and Denuded Areas within the National Parks and Other Protected Areas for the Enhancement of Biological Diversity.

The said DMC is not available in DENR's Databank (https://databank.denr.gov.ph/views/dashboard/)
