Hello! I am a student of UP Manila, studying the course BA Political Science with the subject Government Finances (Economics 151).

I'd like to request a copy of the Annual Reports of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, from years 2020 to 2023. 

I'd also like to request a copy of the documents regarding the contracts awarded to the department, as well as the name of the contractors/suppliers/consultants if available.
