Good day. 

We are developing a commendations award specifically for Law Enforcement Agencies engaged in enforcement of wildlife laws. To ensure the impact of this recognition, we would like to understand the merit selection and promotion process in the hopes that these processes can be integrated into the mechanism of the award.
