Sir/Ma'am,

Good day. I would like to respectfully request for a copy of the Storm Surge and Coastal Erosion Vulnerability Assessment Manual adopted through DENR Memorandum Circular No. 2021-205 since the one available online does not have all the odd pages. This will hopefully be used in my study regarding storm surge occurrence in the Tacloban City.
