Hi! Requesting please for update on the complaint raised against RED Livino Duran of DENR Region VI.

Complaint:

1. RED Livino Duran signed 5 Patent Titles over Foreshore areas located in Barangay Refugio, Calatrava, Negros Occidental which is a clear violation of law and the constitution.
