Good day, DFPC!

Section 3(a) of RA 6768, as amended by RA 9174 provides that balikbayan and his/her family  shall be entitled to tax-exempt maximum purchase in the amount of US$ 1,500.00 or its equivalent in Philippine peso and in other foreign currencies at all government-owned and - controlled/operated duty-free shops subject to the limitations contained in Section 4 of the same law. 

In line with this, may I kindly request the number of balikbayan availed of the said benefit/privileges as well as the total amount of their purchases and the tax expenditure therefor by type of tax.
