Hi. We noticed that our neighboring barangay,Brgy Kaligutan,Laak, Davao de oro, already received a Free for Wifi for all BroadBand ng Masa. We are just wondering why our our barangay, Brgy. Kapatagan, Laak, Davao de Oro, the second most populous barangay in the municipality of Laak, Has High School and Elementary school did not receive such project. I would like to know what are the requirements needed so we can inform our barangay officials to prepare and meet the requirements if there's any. It would be Very helpful specially us youth.
