Hi i would like to have an update according my Vaxcert. I have vaccinated 1st dose, 2nd dose and booster all of my vaccine records are not found i already uploaded all the files needed and its still nothing. How can i get my Vaxcert?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this concern can be best addressed by the Department of Health.

VaxCertPH is a portal and mobile app developed by the DICT for the Department of Health (DOH) for the issuance of digital vaccination certificates for vaccinated individuals in the country. Please be informed that the DICT does not handle management of personal information of vaccinees in the portal.

Your right to request a review
