Hi, we are a small trucking company which caters to delivery of grocery items and other parcels. Do we need to get PEMEDES CERTIFICATION? May we request additional assistance on how to comply with the other requirements as they seem to be applicable to big firms particularly the #7 item (DICT Authority to Operate).
