Hi! I would like to ask whether these goals were achieved?These were part of the measurable targets of the Philippine Digital Strategy 2011-2016 under the objective "TRANSPARENT GOVERNMENT & EFFICIENT SERVICES DELIVERY":

- At least 50% of government websites include interactive services (up from 30.59% in 2010) by 2016;
- At least 20% of government websites include transactional services (up from 4.61% in 2010) by 2016


P.S. I'm not sure about the coverage or time period.
