Hi!  I would like to asked if in the case that DICT - Free wifi for all Project shall be build in private property.  Is there a particular rent fee given to the owner of the private property where the said project shall build?  Or what are the provisions incase the project built in private property.

Thank you for reaching out to us, Mr. Hije. With regard to your query on the installation of Free Wi-Fi for All services in private property, this is to formally inform you that this is beyond the scope of the Program. Per Section 4 of R.A. 10929 or the Free Internet Access in Public Places Act, only publicly-owned locations, including national and local government offices, public education institutions, and public health facilities, shall be installed with Free Wi-Fi by the DICT.
