Hi! I would like to have an update about no record found in my vaxcert. My 1st dose is missing and I already uploaded all the necessary files needed to be upload twice, and yet more than 5 months have passed I didn't received any emails. Thank you

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this concern can be best addressed by the Department of Health.

VaxCertPH is a portal and mobile app developed by the DICT for the Department of Health (DOH) for the issuance of digital vaccination certificates for vaccinated individuals in the country. Please be informed that the DICT does not handle management of personal information of vaccinees in the portal.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the DICT information at information@dict.gov.ph.
