I would like to request a matrix of MITHI projects approved for 2017 with the following fields:

-Department
-Agency
-Project Name
-Budget Priority Sector
-Description/Rationale
-Amount (MOOE, CO, Total)

Fyi, DBM has said that the request should be coursed to DICT.

Dear Verbo,

Dear Mr Bonilla,

Good day.

Our Department is currently unable to respond to the queries made through the eFOI Platform.  As such, we are eMailing our response po muna instead, until such time we are able to respond to everyone's query.


The 2017 budget (including the budget for the ICT projects of agencies) is pending final approval (GAA2017).  The 2017 GAA will be released by DBM once approved and signed into law by the President.  Thus, it's premature for us to release such info until the GAA is approved.

You asked for List of MITHI Projects 2017.

Response to Request

The 2017 budget (including the budget for the ICT projects of agencies) is pending final approval (GAA2017).  The 2017 GAA will be released by DBM once approved and signed into law by the President.  Thus, we can publish the required information in our website once the GAA is approved.

Thank you.  Please also consider that the National Expenditure Program (NEP) is not the signed GAA, yet it is a public document.  The MITHI-approved projects are simply part of the NEP.
