Hi! I would like to request for information regarding on the Completed and On-going DILG projects which I am designated as the Materials Engineer or Project Engineer/Civil Engineer on record.

The Information may include a List of the Name of the Government agency, Name and Location of the project, Name of the Contractor, Project Cost, Date the project was Awarded, Start and Completion dates, and any other available information regarding the Projects wherein I am the Materials Engineer or Project Engineer/Civil Engineer on record.

You asked for List of the Completed Projects and On-going Projects that have used my information.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. This level does not have the exact complete detail of the manpower working on any infrastructure projects. Such data is handled by the LGU that procured the services and where the project is implemented and the contractor tasked in completing the construction. 

However, the DILG has a database of road and infrastructure projects which you can access here:

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. Benjamin Abalos Jr., DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, Quezon Ave. Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
