Bakit po kailangan pa maging botante ng isang baranggay bago makakuha ng Brgy Clearance, hinihingan din ako ng NBI. Ako po ay matagal ng naninirahan sa Laguna at dito ako nagtatrabaho, pero ako ay tubong bicol.
