Good day! I am writing to request a copy of the official document pertaining to the local ordinance on collecting environmental fees for sea passengers of Hilongos, Leyte.

I have noticed that the environmental fee has become a heated and controversial topic on Facebook . In an effort to better understand the details and implications of this ordinance, I believe it is essential to have access to the official document outlining the regulations and provisions related to the ordinance.
