Mercado 08:26 AM, Dec 05, 2023

Hello, I'd like to inquire if the exemption under Executive Order No. 41 applies to delivery fees imposed on those making deliveries to public markets. Is it limited to national roads, or does it extend to cover delivery fees for services within the confines of a public market property?"
