Good day!!!

This is to request for a copy of DPWH and DILG Joint Memorandum Circular No. 001 dated July 4, 2013 which prescribes the guidelines for the disposition of the 20% generated from building permit fees and other charges. I needed copy of the the Circular as my reference to the on-going audit of LGUs.
