To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to request a list of LGUs participating in the PalengQR Ph Plus Program of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and DILG. 

Knowing which cities or municipalities are involved would be extremely helpful for us in identifying in contacting local officials for us to participate in the program as Financial Service Provider.
