Hi i would like to inquire is there any law, an act or City Ordinance (Butuan City) Regarding Constructing Speed Humps and illegal speed humps. All I can find is the Senate Bill 2886 of the late Sen. Meriam Defensor Santiago and as of the moment it is still a senate bill...
