You asked for DOLE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE ON GENERAL LABOR STANDARDS.

Since 2015, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) no longer issues Certificates of Compliance on Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and General Labor Standards (GLS). Instead, the Notice of Result on Inspection and Certificate of No Pending Case serve as equivalencies for this purpose.

Should you require further assistance or clarification, we recommend reaching out to the DOLE Regional or Field Office with jurisdiction over your workplace. They are well-equipped to provide the necessary support and guidance.
