Hi! Ako po si Ronald Amaro kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho sa Dans Bikeshop Inc. Gusto ko pong ireklamo ang aking Operations Manager na si Maris Dela Merced sa kadahilanang power tripping at pamemersonal. Nireshuffle ako sa ibang store sa kadahilanang may nabasa lang siya na comment ko sa Facebook at hindi niya nagustuhan. Pinapakialaman niya ang aking personal Facebook account. Umaasa po akong mabigyan ng aksyon ang aking request. Salamat po.

You may collaborate with your company's grievance committee to address your concerns. Encourage an open dialogue to address apprehensions and find mutually agreeable solutions.
If internal measures do not resolve the issue, consider utilizing the Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) provided by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). You may approach the DOLE Regional Office, Field Office, or the nearest Regional Conciliation and Mediation Board (RCMB) Office having jurisdiction over your workplace to seek assistance in facilitating an amicable resolution.
Single Entry Approach is an administrative approach to provide a speedy, impartial, inexpensive, and accessible settlement procedure for all issues/complaints arising from employer-employee relations to prevent them from ripening into full-blown disputes.
You may approach the DOLE Regional Office or Field Office near you.
