Requirements for the Issuance of DOLE RO3 Clearance (Certificate of No Pending Case)

1.	Letter  request   from  the  company addressed to          
            Dir.  GERALDINE M. PANLILIO  indicating the purpose.
2.	Photocopy  of Registration any one of the following :
a.	DTI Registration
b.	SEC Registration
c.	PCAB
d.	DO 18 A/ 174
e.	POEA/PEA  License

3.	Photocopy of DOLE RO3 Registration under Rule 1020
(Note : can be secured from the corresponding Field Office which has jurisdiction over your company)

4.	Notice of Inspection  Result  if  already  inspected

5.	Photocopy of  Identification  Card –ID
