Your Request

You asked for List of projects under my name as Safety officer 2 & 3 and First Aider.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. However, our records show that there are no engagement/s under your name as First Aider and Safety Officer 2. Further, no contractor used your Certificates of Completion and engaged you in any projects submitted to our Office.
