Hi! I would like you to investigate the legalities of the SEC of the company in which the owner is the one with the highest shares, is that right? And if that so, why they branch or sister company here in Philippines declaring closure due to bankruptcy without company internal memorandum time frame to their employees and without giving the wages/salary for 1 month and half month including the 13th month privilege and without doing the remittance of the contributions because every payday they always do the deductions but not remitting. And also giving back the expenses of their employee.
