I would like to request a copy following documents:

1. Labor Ministry Circular No. 8 series of 1982; and
2. Labor Ministry Circular No. 15 series of 1985

This is for the purpose of using the above-mentioned circulars as aid in resolving cases pending before the Office of the City Prosecutor of Valencia City, Bukidnon.

This is in reply to your response for my request.

The two DOLE Circulars provide that cases filed by an employer against his employee before the office of the prosecutor must be dismissed if there is no clearance from the DOLE or the Regional Office.
